Leather opera gloves in exceptionally soft Italian lambskin, handmade in Naples, Italy, with a dramatic silhouette extending gracefully beyond the elbow.
Inside our Naples atelier, each pair begins at the cutting table, where the leather is selected and shaped by hand before passing through the different stages of traditional glove-making. It is a slow, precise process, guided by experience rather than machinery, and one that allows every glove to preserve the natural character, softness and movement of the skin.
The opera length has long represented the most iconic expression of the long glove. Extending beyond the elbow, it follows the line of the arm with elegance and continuity, creating a silhouette that feels timeless, sensual and quietly theatrical.
Its design is deliberately pure. Without unnecessary ornament, the uninterrupted surface of the lambskin becomes the defining element, allowing the proportion of the glove and the beauty of the material to speak for themselves.
Made from thin, supple Italian lambskin, each pair feels remarkably soft against the skin and gradually adapts to the hand and arm with wear.
Among the most expressive silhouettes in our long gloves collection, the opera length is designed for eveningwear, sleeveless dresses and moments where the glove becomes an essential part of the look rather than a simple accessory.
Each pair is individually table-cut, sewn and finished by skilled artisans in our atelier, carrying forward the gestures and techniques that have defined Neapolitan glove-making for generations.

Each pair of Parisi gloves is crafted from carefully selected natural materials and should be handled with care to preserve its beauty over time.
Avoid water, direct sunlight, heat, oils, perfumes and cosmetics. If wet, allow them to dry naturally at room temperature.
Do not wash or machine-clean. Gently wipe smooth leather with a soft, dry cloth and lightly brush suede with a dedicated suede brush. For stains, consult a leather care specialist.
Store your gloves flat in a cool, dry place, ideally inside their Parisi signature box with magnetic closure.

If your purchase is not quite right, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery by contacting care@parisigloves.it, provided the gloves are unworn and returned in their original condition and packaging.

Made-to-order items remain eligible for return or exchange, provided no additional personalisation has been requested.
