I am a customer living in Seoul, South Korea. I couldn't find gloves in the color and size I wanted locally, so I came across this website while searching on Google. I expected the delivery to take about two weeks, but surprisingly, it was shipped internationally on the same day!
Since the FTA agreement was applicable, I requested the necessary invoice, and the staff promptly sent it early in the morning as soon as they started work. They even addressed a follow-up request within an hour. I was genuinely touched by such heartfelt customer service from the other side of the world.
The gloves' quality is excellent, and the color is beautiful. To international buyers considering a purchase, don't worry and go ahead with your order! I'll use the gloves well and plan to order again next year!

Sono un cliente che vive a Seoul, Corea del Sud. Non riuscivo a trovare guanti nel colore e nella taglia che desideravo a livello locale, quindi ho trovato questo sito cercando su Google. Pensavo che la consegna avrebbe richiesto circa due settimane, ma con mia grande sorpresa, è stata spedita a livello internazionale lo stesso giorno!
Poiché era applicabile l'accordo FTA, ho richiesto la fattura necessaria e il personale l'ha inviata tempestivamente al mattino presto appena iniziato il lavoro. Hanno persino risolto una richiesta di follow-up entro un'ora. Sono rimasto sinceramente colpito da un servizio clienti così premuroso dall'altra parte del mondo.
La qualità dei guanti è eccellente e il colore è splendido. Ai compratori internazionali che stanno considerando un acquisto, non preoccupatevi e procedete con l'ordine! Userò bene i guanti e ho intenzione di ordinare di nuovo l'anno prossimo!
