Shipping policy

All orders are prepared and shipped directly from our atelier in Naples, Italy.

Deliveries within Italy are handled by GLS, while international orders are entrusted to DHL or FedEx. All shipments are tracked, and tracking details will be sent by email once the order has been dispatched.

Estimated delivery times and the applicable shipping rate are displayed at checkout. Delays may occasionally occur due to customs procedures, adverse weather, peak periods or circumstances beyond our control

Customs duties, import taxes and local charges, where applicable, are not included in the shipping rate and remain the responsibility of the recipient.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and a reachable telephone number.
